Lyn Rairdon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been working in outpatient patient care since 2013. She has experience working at inpatient and outpatient facilities, as well as in high education counseling services. Lyn specializes in working with individuals ages 14 through 65 years old. Lyn has a passion for working in Women’s health and healing. Area of specialty include, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship / dating / life transitions, trauma, bipolar disorder, body image / eating disorders and self-esteem issues.
My strength is to help clients begin to identify their feelings and create boundaries to help them feel more autonomous. I help clients find hope in areas of their life they find to be a struggle.
An eclectic therapeutic approach is utilized combining Attachment Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic therapies. This allows clients the space to explore current issues, past influences, and future implications. Lyn pulls many aspects of mindfulness-based stress reduction to provide immediate support and relief during difficult sessions.
