Hi there! I am a licensed therapist and have been in the field for 30 years. I have a doctorate in Philosophy with a focus of Psychology. I specialize in personality disorders, anger management, and trauma. My passion is working with adults that present with an array of issues including but not limited to anger, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and criminal behavior. I have a lengthy background with couple counseling, effective communication, and narcissistic abuse.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will do a brief introduction and then dive into the challenges that you are currently experiencing that brought you to therapy. In the following session we will identify goals that will guide us throughout your treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength is my dedication to the success of my patients. My approach will be dependent on what your needs are at the time of the session. This includes providing validation, guidance, challenging your thoughts, providing alternative viewpoints and methods of coping, all when appropriate and therapeutic.
