Hi there, I'm Samantha. Have you ever thought about what your life would look like if you were your best self? What stops you from getting there? Maybe feelings of depression, anxiety, past trauma, or relationship issues get in the way of achieving your goal? Making change is very hard, but it can be much easier when we have the right help. I'm so glad you've taken the first steps to considering therapy. It can be nerve-wracking to start this journey, but it is already taking you one step closer to making the changes you've desired. Together, we can work collaboratively to identify what has held you back in the past, and how to move through challenges in your future. I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and will help you to channel your own inherent strengths to help overcome those challenges. With a focus on physical health and wellness as well, we can work to manage symptoms and start to live life as your best self. I can't wait to work with you!
In a first session, we will get to know one another, identified your primary concerns, while I gain a bit more knowledge about your background. We will work to see if we are a good fit together and hone in on your goals.
I believe my biggest strength is my ability to meet clients where they are. Whether it is your first time every engaging in thearpy, or you have tried numerous approaches, I am eager to work with you. You are the expert in your own life and I would be honored and humbled to walk along side you and support you on your own healing journey.
If you are seeking ways to make tangible changes in life, are open to doing difficult work to have healthier relationships, we can do great work together. Therapy is always uncomfortable and challenging, but I'm here to support you to make the changes that you need to be a happier, healthier you.
Together, we will work to notice any thought patterns that do not serve a healthy you.
This work will help you to learn to be present in your body and thoughts to better navigate your needs.
IFS work helps us to navigate the many parts of ourselves that make us a whole person. We can work to better understand ourselves, learn to have more compassion, and change patterns that no longer serve us.

After our first session I knew that Samantha was going to be the right fit for me. She is very empathetic and it allows my sessions to feel like I am talking to a friend. Samantha has helped me shift my inner thoughts and be able to control my anxiety in a way I never thought was possible. She has helped me gain strength to be more confident and independent along with face my greatest challenges in life.

Samantha has been so amazing to talk to. She is direct and authentic which gives our conversations a more natural feeling rather than feeling like an appointment. She really takes the time to listen and point out meaningful observations as they come up. It's a great feeling to come out of each session with a goal and a potential new way of looking at a situation.
