You're not alone in this life journey! Connecting to services to address your areas of need can be life-changing. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression; I'm here to help! Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. I have fifteen years of experience working in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, adults, families, and persons living with dual diagnosis. I have provided psychotherapy to individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, behavioral conduct disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. If you're tired and looking for a change, let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Completing your intake forms and assessments (GAD/PHQ) prior to the first session, will enable us to dive into your need for services after our introductions. Please complete those forms to the best of your ability. We will review them during the first session to determine the treatment approach that is best for you. If you are seeking FLMA, I do not complete FLMA forms with clients who I have not established a therapeutic relationship.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Trauma Informed Care

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in treating mental health disorders or mental health with substance use disorders via telehealth.
