What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Completing your intake forms and assessments (GAD/PHQ) prior to the first session, will enable us to dive into your need for services after our introductions. If you are seeking FLMA, I do not complete FLMA forms with clients who I have not established a therapeutic relationship.
