Hello! My name is Noel Treglia, and I am a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry and developmental neurology. I’m also a mother to a wonderful daughter on the autism spectrum who lives with ASD, ADHD, and PANS/PANDAS—an experience that has shaped both my heart and my career. Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in integrative and holistic medicine, with a deep commitment to healing the body from the inside out. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with whole-body wellness, nutritional support, functional approaches, and mind–body healing strategies.

I’m also a mother to a wonderful daughter on the autism spectrum who lives with ASD, ADHD, and PANS/PANDAS—an experience that has shaped both my heart and my career.

My passion is helping individuals and families find hope, balance, and true wellness—not just symptom management.

First session

In our first session together, we’ll begin with introductions and take time to truly get to know one another. I believe deeply in the importance of a strong, professional, and therapeutic relationship—because meaningful healing can only happen when you feel safe, understood, and supported. During this visit, we’ll explore the challenges you’re currently facing, along with the goals, hopes, and expectations you have for your treatment. From there, we’ll create a clear and personalized plan that feels aligned with your needs. We will face each challenge together, step by step—empowering you to move toward balance, clarity, and lasting wellness.

Strengths

With more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many different areas of the field. I believe a truly well-rounded provider brings a broad range of experiences and perspectives to the clinical setting—allowing for deeper understanding, compassion, and more effective care. My approach blends conventional medicine with integrative and holistic practices, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, and I tailor each treatment plan to the individual needs of the person in front of me.

Ideal clients

I truly love working with individuals of all ages. My psychiatry experience has primarily focused on caring for adults ages 17 and older, including the geriatric population. However, my work in integrative developmental neurology has centered on children and adolescents, especially those with neurodevelopmental, behavioral, and autoimmune-related conditions. This blend of experience allows me to support families across the lifespan—understanding the unique needs of each stage and providing care that evolves with you or your child.

Treatment methods

Integrative

Integrative practice encompasses whole bodily wellness rather than focusing on one scope of bodily function. I have 8 years of experience treating patients from not only a conventional approach but also through an integrative approach.

Supportive

Supportive therapy and approach is beneficial to provide the reassurance and compassion needed through the assessment and treatment process. Support, compassion, and understanding is the core of my practice.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a valuable tool that helps individuals recognize the thought patterns that influence their moods and behaviors. By becoming aware of these internal responses, we can begin identifying what supports your well-being and what may be holding you back. With compassionate, direct guidance, CBT creates space for self-understanding, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. As you gain insight, you’re able to grow in the areas you desire—building healthier habits, stronger coping skills, and a more empowered mindset.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative approach I use to help strengthen your internal motivation and confidence as you work toward meaningful goals. Through open conversation, reflective listening, and supportive guidance, MI creates a safe space for you to explore ambivalence, identify what truly matters to you, and take empowered steps forward. It’s a gentle yet effective way to build momentum, reinforce your strengths, and stay aligned with the changes you want to make.

Compassion-Focused

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is an approach designed to help individuals cultivate compassion for themselves and others. Many people carry patterns of self-criticism, shame, or harsh inner dialogue—often without realizing how deeply these patterns affect their emotional health. CFT works to gently shift these internal responses by nurturing kindness, understanding, and emotional safety within oneself. Through guided techniques, mindfulness, and supportive exploration, CFT helps you develop a more balanced and compassionate inner voice. This creates space for healing, reduces stress, and encourages healthier coping strategies. Over time, compassion becomes a powerful tool that fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
