My principal approach to treatment involves trauma informed care, mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy. Together we will examine patterns of thought and behavior that are causing issues. We will work to enhance your emotional health. We'll employ techniques such as cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation to improve your overall well-being.
