In our first session together, we'll make introductions then dive into the challenges you've faced and are facing. Rest assured that this is a safe place and your privacy will be respected. Judgement free zone.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use multiple treatment methods and tools to provide you with the best care I'm able. Cognitive behavioral therapy modalities, dialectical behavior therapy modalities, solution-focused modalities, and mindfulness are some of my most frequently used methods of practice. I operate from a strengths perspective and believe you to be a capable expert of your life.

Based on years of experience, I feel some of my biggest strengths as a therapist are my warmth, receptiveness, and insight.
