I strive to provide an environment of warmth and compassion so that clients feel seen and accepted.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize evidenced-based interventions largely from CBT, ACT and DBT to help clients build on their strengths.

I enjoy working with women who feel stuck, and as a result, may be experiencing anxiety or depression.
