Over the past 13 years, I specialized in trauma-focused therapy, depression, anxiety, couple-related issues, grief, ADHD, and more. When the pressures of life create distress or your loneliness overtakes you, it's important to find a safe and judgment-free space to put the pieces of your life together. I completed my master's in counseling from Philadelphia University and earned my specialization in Trauma Focused (CBT) Therapy from Widener University. I can help you understand your roadblocks. You'll learn to tap into unknown strengths, learn new strategies, or challenge beliefs that are no longer effective. After the session, you'll receive H.W. to reinforce the skills given during the session.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian counseling, client-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), career counseling, and couples therapy.
