Over the past 13 years, I specialized in trauma-focused therapy, depression, anxiety, couple-related issues, grief, ADHD, and more. When the pressures of life create distress or your loneliness overtakes you, it's important to find a safe and judgment-free space to put the pieces of your life together. I completed my master's in counseling from Philadelphia University and earned my specialization in Trauma Focused (CBT) Therapy from Widener University.
