If you are looking on this page, it is very likely that you are in a very difficult space. I am here to let you know that your suffering is not in vain. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the states of California and Arizona; currently based in Arizona. I received my Masters in Social Work from Western New Mexico University and have been utilizing my talents since 2018. I help individuals to better connect with their inner child, by releasing hurtful pains stored in the body through memory.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll start off with introductions. I will welcome you to share your journey (i.e., what has led you to the current path of healing.) I will then ask a few open-ended questions, and we will develop a tailored plan for us to work through during our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly come as I am, which allows my clients the ability to do the same. I believe that inner healing is possible, despite past/current/future circumstance; I do believe that the inner child can be restored. I see each of my client's as precious, unique, and extremely special.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love to work with adults/adolescents who have undergone different levels of trauma; Client's that no longer wish to dwell in the past and/or future; yet longing to learn, live and thrive in the present. Those who may feel ‘stuck’ and long to experience the internal freedom that comes from ‘walking in the light.'

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

I utilize the CBT modality to help clients to recognize/identify/change thought patterns that contribute to psychological distress.

Christian Counseling

I welcome and encourage clients to openly share their perspectives and experiences from a biblical perspective.

Psychodynamic

I utilize the Psychodynamic Therapy approach in attempt to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and other mental processes. Addressing the ‘core’ of the matter can better help clients to gain greater insight into how they feel and think.
