Psychotherapy is a way for you to work through challenging feelings, situations, and emotions. I offer a safe, and nonjudgmental space to work through the challenges and emotions you are facing. We will work together to help you identify your strengths to help you achieve your goals while also practicing self-discovery. Understanding yourself and utilizing coping skills are essential for growth and dealing with change. I have a diverse background, having been born in Brazil and having lived in Switzerland, Ecuador, and currently the United States. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Outside of work, I find joy in exploring various cultures through travel—I've had the opportunity to visit 25 countries so far. I also have a passion for trying new foods and soaking up the Florida sun on weekends My strengths as a therapist are in being empathetic, authentic, and sensitive to my client's needs. I strongly believe that everyone has internal resources that are available to help bring about a successful resolution to life's challenges. *Availability only after 17pm during the weekdays and Weekend Mornings.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, my greatest strength is my ability to genuinely connect with my clients on a deep, empathetic level. I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and respected. Through active listening and compassion, I strive to validate my clients' experiences and emotions, fostering trust and rapport in our therapeutic relationship.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
