During the first session I just get to know you generally, about your family history and answer any questions you may have.
My strengths as a a provider is that I'm very understanding, non-judgemental, calming and clients even laugh at times during sessions which helps.
I work with couples, polyamory, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship/friendship issues, etc
I utilize CBT and other methods to help clients meet their goals and learn new skills
