LCSW, 7 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m Jinese Haskins, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to creating a safe and authentic space where healing feels possible. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change at their own pace and in their own way. Whether you’re managing life transitions, stress, anxiety, or simply trying to rediscover yourself, I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and build practical tools that help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you need to feel supported. I’ll explain my approach so you know what to expect, and we’ll move at your pace with no pressure, no judgment. Think of it as a conversation, not an interview. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and how we can work together to get you where you want to be emotionally, mentally, and personally.
My authenticity is key to helping clients through their challenges.
My ideal client is someone who’s ready to do the work even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, but deep down, you know things can be better. You value honesty, compassion, and a therapist who will keep it real while guiding you toward growth. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating a significant life change, or working to break old patterns, I’m here to help you unpack what’s heavy and rediscover your strength. Together, we’ll create a space where healing feels safe, progress feels possible, and you feel truly seen.
In my private practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and unhealthy behaviors.
By focusing on what’s working and empowering clients to use their strengths, I foster confidence, growth, and sustainable change throughout the therapeutic process.
