Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Florida. I have over 17 years of post graduate experience and have worked in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, private practice and correctional settings. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, stress, relationship conflict, life transitions and those questioning their spirituality and purpose. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Perinatal Mental Health, pre or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD or for Maternal wellness and support). I also understand how peri menopause and menopause can impact a woman's emotional and physical wellbeing. As a provider, I value diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including different races, ethnicities, religions, and abilities. I am best able to serve clients who are motivated and determined to make lasting change. I am a reality based and solution focused provider who will challenge the client to assess and explore the necessary adjustments to make in order to create sustained growth.
