Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, based in sunny California. For more than 10 years, I have worked with children, teens, and young adults. Have you ever wondered what therapy is like? Or “I just wish I had someone to talk to about this.” I’m that therapist who joins alongside you to help guide you through uncertainty and changing times. A discussion that brings insight, clarity, and understanding. We talk, we joke, we cry, and we grow.
Our first session is getting to know one another, learning about your experience with therapy, answering all your questions, and forming a plan together.
I bring comfort and laughter. I make therapy feel smooth and safe. Rapport is my true strength and on that, we can create change.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking for understanding and some insight. Clients who feel stuck, who are afraid to take the next step, or who are unsure about which direction to go. We can process, grieve (if needed) and explore.
CBT is used in almost every session to help with reframing anxious thoughts, to challenging negative thought patterns, and helping gain insight into your current situation.
