My compassion allows me to offer empathy and genuine care, making clients feel understood and supported. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Clients use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in sessions to identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. Here are key ways clients engage with CBT during sessions: Identify negative thought patterns, challenge and reframe thoughts, learn relaxation and coping skills.
