Hi and welcome! I am currently licensed in the states of California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts (LPCC, LPC, LMHC, respectively). I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford and have been practicing since 2001 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Since 2004, I have had a private practice, during which I have had the pleasure of working with many individuals from all different backgrounds.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will gather some background information from you, explore what led you to seek therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from your therapy sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a wide-array of individuals over the years, I feel that I can provide an environment in which my clients can feel comfortable, validated, and not judged.
