I have a passion for “meeting people where they are” by providing crisis management, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in providing quality services and working with those by addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor self-esteem and stress management. I believe that therapy can assist one with identifying the root of recurring issues that challenges one’s well-being by developing healthy coping skills and gaining awareness.
