I may have sessions in addition to what is on my schedule. Book a session and then send me a msg if needed. I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities, as well as coaching. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, NLP, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences, including being certified in EMDR. I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.
In our first session, we will get to know each other, gather history, discuss goals, and what is standing in the way. We may start talking about ways to create change.
I especially love using Internal Family Systems to help you connect with parts of yourself that need to heal. I hold the energy, guidance and direction for you to help you connect with your body, emotions and parts inside yourself. EMDR has been a very powerful modality in working with trauma and other issues. It helps resolve issues at the core. I believe very strongly that we can create the lives we want. I'm happy to help you with this.
I love working with women to increase self-esteem and empowerment. This significantly helps improve anxiety and depressive symptoms when combine with therapy. It increases confidence in self and navigating the outside world. IFS can help this significantly. It helps approach decisions and relationships and how to show up in life. IFS is a bottom up therapy that focuses on emotions and the body, rather than thoughts. It helps integrate different parts of us. It helps to be open-minded towards modalities that are different than regular talk therapy or CBT.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
All of our parts are trying to help us. They helped us cope and survive at some point in our lives. The ways they help us may not feel very helpful in our lives any longer. We can help these parts adapt in ways that are helpful. I love working with parts and inner children to heal reactions to trauma, family of origin issues, C-PTSD.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
I use this at times along with other approaches with great results. This modality works with your thoughts, beliefs and identity.
Polyvagal Therapy
This provides a great framework for understanding anxiety and depression and what is happening on the inside when we experience them. It can help inform how we can shift into a healthier way of feeling and relating to the world.
Trauma Informed Care
I am very experienced in working with trauma and it informs all of my work. I specialize in trauma informed care.
EMDR
EMDR has been shown to help resolve trauma at the core of the issue. This modality is a very effective way to reprocess and heal trauma.
