My main area of focus is working with youth, young adults and women. I experienced challenges as a youth and have always had the passion to find a way to give back to this particular generation to provide preventative strategies to decrease involvement in at-risk behaviors, improve building relationships, healthily manage social interactions, improve decision-making, and maintain their physical and emotional safety. Since I experienced challenges as a young girl who was at-risk of going down the wrong path within my community, I also have the desire to help women process any of their traumatic childhood experiences, change their perspectives, and use their experiences to improve the quality of their lives.
