My name is Laura, and I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Emotional Freedom Techniques - tapping (EFT) practitioner in Florida. I specialize in assisting people who feel similarly to how you are feeling in this moment: overwhelmed, misunderstood, alone and with not sight of a way out. Let me help you walk through those feelings, as scary as it might feel or sound. The path gets easier when we walk alongside others, and you are not alone. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach, EFT - tapping to assist individuals and their loved ones make sense of their inner world. Emotions can be confusing, and sometimes there is no way of making sense of them. With CBT and EFT, I can assist you with processing and working through those challenging memories and emotions.
