I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods as they are effective and easy to implement. If you are interested in homework assignments in between sessions to keep working on the concepts discussed in our sessions, I will be happy to provide that. If homework is not your thing, that's okay too! We will go over easy to implement strategies that can make a big impact on you daily life.
