About me

Today you are one step closer to a new you, feeling empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. As an Assistant Professor, Researcher, and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy and a solution-focused therapist, I aim to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I don't believe long-term therapy is always needed. Because of this, clients can expect to receive tools to use immediately.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am very direct in my approach. I do not sugarcoat anything. I expect my clients to be open, honest, and ready to do the work to change their behavior.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or misunderstood and want clarity, emotional balance, and healthier relationships. My approach is warm, direct, and culturally attuned, helping you understand the patterns shaping your life and the stress you carry. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and create meaningful, sustainable change so you can move forward with confidence, connection, and a deeper sense of self.
