New to Grow
As a licensed mental health counselor, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity. My background in research psychology, counseling services, and forensic psychology has given me a deep understanding of how our experiences shape who we are. I’ve worked in both inpatient hospital settings and outpatient dual diagnosis residential programs, supporting people as they build resilience, develop coping tools, and work toward meaningful personal growth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns openly. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences and finding ways to create lasting change that aligns with your goals and values.
Our first session will be a space for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to gain, and how we can best work together. This initial conversation helps us ensure the approach feels like a good fit so that your time in therapy is as meaningful and productive as possible.
I bring empathy, adaptability, and a client-centered approach to every session. My experience working with people across diverse backgrounds and life stages allows me to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I work best with individuals who are self-aware and motivated to grow, whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, or major life transitions. My goal is to help you uncover patterns, strengthen your emotional resilience, and build the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Working with clients to help understand where they are currently, mentally, physically, and emotionally without judgement to further improve their mental and physical health. i
