Hello! I'm Ethan Sinccoff and I am a licensed mental health counselor here in Florida. For the past 7 years I have been working with a variety of populations to help people talk about their problems and gain a sense of power over their mental health issues . I've worked in community mental health, in drug and alcohol treatment centers as well as a maximum security prison.
Clients can expect an introductory session where they find out about me, and I learn a bit of your history to see what brought you to therapy and if I can help you.

My dream client is someone who feels voiceless or an outsider or someone has lost hold of the fact that they hold value on self. You do have value. You will be voiceless no longer
I use CBT as a base but I truly consider myself an integrative therapist who blends all modalities for the most positive outcome for the patient
I truly feel being mindful and in the moment is so important to processing issues and learning about our behavior.
I truly feel creativity and a sense of humor are very important in therapy.
