Hi! I'm a LCSW practicing in the state of CA. I'm passionate about helping you find your voice, peace and to make sense of all the chaos around you. I received my B.A. from UCLA in 2008 and MSW from USC in 2013 and have been primarily supporting youth and adults from all backgrounds of life since. I would describe my therapeutic style as active, engaged, empathetic and direct. I truly believe in getting to know you and your story without any biases, I will work alongside you as an agent of positive change and will support your journey in gaining the confidence needed to improve yourself and your situation

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will consist of an intake to gather more background from you and to figure out why you're seeking services, what you're hoping to gain from therapy and how I can support your growth and healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love supporting my clients through their journeys and feel honored to support through your healing journey. I have a genuine interest in others, am empathetic and have a way of being kind but direct to support your growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps people change unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors to manage their challenges. You'll learn tools and techniques to manage those nonstop thoughts and in turn, to help you live a more peaceful and balance life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

MBT is a modified form of cognitive therapy that incorporates mindfulness practices that include present moment awareness, meditation, and breathing exercises.

Strength-Based

Strengths-based therapy is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on a client's strengths and potential to improve their well-being, rather than their weaknesses
