Some of that experience includes working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, bullying, PTSD, bipolar disorder, marital concerns, childhood trauma, adult trauma, suicidal ideations, grief, stress, family conflict and relationship conflict. I like to utilize many approaches in my therapeutic sessions. Therapeutic practices include Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adventured based therapy. I do not believe that one style works for everyone and I work to the strengths and goals of the people I serve.
