Hi! Glad you are here. Now let’s make connecting to care stress free. I am Victoria - a licensed clinical social worker. I have over seven years experience of providing virtual care meaning I can provide therapy from the comfort of your home without the hassles of commuting to my office. I am available on evenings to make therapy work for your schedule whether you just got home from work, just put your kids to bed, or simply are ready to begin focusing on you - log on from any device and begin gaining support. My goal is to make therapy easy and accessible so I can help individuals find treatment that supports them

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Together, we will explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and current struggles, all while feeling grounded and accepted. My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, uncover insights and create a deeper connection to you. Through conversations we will help you identify how you feel and be able to confidently acknowledge what you need to transition through life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people all with unique challenges and strengths. This experience has deepened my understanding of human diversity and strengthened my ability to adapt therapy to each person’s specific needs. Through my work, I have gained understanding on the importance of safety whether in relationships with ourself, our partners, our friends, our children, work or the greater community. My hope is to enhance that feeling of safety and create an environment where you can let your guard down, feel comfortable and focus on you. An environment where you can be your true self.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Ten years of using treatment in practice to reframe thoughts, explore how thoughts connect to feelings, and build skills to support thoughts. I implement CBT approaches to support connecting the dots and building insights into this automatic reactions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Utilize to process emotions, explore, increase mindfulness and acknowledge feelings experienced. For those who jump to quickly into fix it mode - make this feeling go away now - I use ACT therapy to process through this need to solve and explore how sometimes trying to fix everything can often make us feel more anxious, overwhelmed and depressed.
