Welcome! Brandy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has worked in variety of clinical settings. Brandy strives to empower her clients and believes in creating an environment where her clients can explore their authentic selves. Brandy utilizes an integrative approach pulling from a combination of evidence based practices including mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, ACT and DBT. Via telehealth
In our first session we will start with introductions. We will discuss the specific challenges you are experiencing and the goals you hope to accomplish. We will take the time to collaborate on identifying specific goals for therapy. By the end of the first session my hope is that you have felt heard, understood and hopeful about the therapy process.
My biggest strengths are providing an authentic, safe, non judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable working through complicated emotions.
