We are living in difficult times. You can't seem to get over the anxiety or depression about your everyday life. What's worse, your partner or family member seems to not care at times, making things even harder for you. I understand. Better is possible, and I'm here to help. I have a passion for helping individuals in personal growth. I have been working with adults on relationship issues, anxiety, and depression for over ten years. My specialty is personal empowerment work, as I strongly believe that solid relationships are formed from solid individuals. Currently, I only take new clients for individual counseling.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and getting to know each other. Then, we will dive into your challenges and discuss where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we will collaboratively create therapeutic goals and identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a clear understanding of your struggles, your goals, and how I can help.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with individuals who are committed to and invested in bettering themselves and improving how they show up in the world. My work with clients is empowering and transformational, whether you’re needing help recovering from a break-up, are tired of dating and want help attracting your perfect match, or are in a relationship and want to deepen your connection and ensure your love lasts a lifetime.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Are you experiencing challenges in your relationship due to anxiety and depression? CBT is an evidence-based approached that's proven effective in helping you feel better. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
