Are you struggling with anxiety, daily stressors, or day-to-day routine? I will help you overcome a range of needs including career, daily stressors, anxiety, codependency, and/or compassion fatigue using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I specify in helping women and work to empower women of all ages and stages of life. We will work together to build coping skills and will create and establish goals to complete during therapy. Everyone's growth and development will be different and the outcome will be based on each individual. Whether new or returning to therapy it takes great strength to begin and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
