Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey. I received my Master's from Rutgers New Brunswick and have been practicing for 7 years. I believe in creating a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to help clients navigate difficult challenges. I will offer empathetic understanding and therapeutic support. I applaud you for taking the first step in your healing process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we get to know each other. We discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, goals and objectives. We will discuss personal history through an assessment. We will work towards building a therapeutic rapport through collaboration and connection.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My therapeutic approach encompasses a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed interventions. By tailoring my methods to each individual’s unique needs, I deliver effective and personalized therapy to my clients. Through my compassionate guidance, I have successfully supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help my clients change their behavior and negative thoughts.

Attachment-based

I empower my clients to take ownership over their feelings to make positive changes in their lives. Throughout therapy, we will identify emotional patterns, learn to regulate emotions and help create healthier patterns of relating.

EMDR

EMDR is a psychotherapy method that helps clients heal from trauma by using eye movements or other forms of stimulation to activate the brain's natural healing process and reduce the emotional impact of negative memories.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I like to incorporate mindfulness into sessions as a way to treat symptoms of stress, mental health concerns, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and other issues.

Eclectic

I use various treatment modalities depending on client needs and level of functioning.
