Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I received my Masters from Loyola Marymount University. I have a passion for working with young and older adults in finding understanding, balance, and acceptance in their lives. I aim to provide therapeutic support by exploring and solidifying identity, developing coping skills, and finding change one is looking for in their life.
In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions, and then explore specific challenges you are facing. Together we will come up with goals that you would like to accomplish during our time together. This information will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I allow you to vent and provide you with a safe place to be yourself without judgement. My goal is to help you reach your goals in a supportive, empathetic, and compassionate space where you feel safe.
Some of my strengths are my ability to connect and relate to others, identify and utilize clients' natural resilience and strength.
CBT has a foundation Pillar using Homework. Homework that allows us to give more time to ourselves and continuing to grow throughout the week.
