Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I work with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, and I have a passion for supporting women’s mental health as well. In our first session, my main goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease. This is a safe space where you can share whatever is on your mind. I focus on building a trusting connection so we can get to know each other and create a relaxed environment before we begin the therapy work.

EMDR
I use EMDR therapy to support clients in processing difficult memories and moving toward healing. This method gently addresses the emotions, beliefs, and reactions linked to trauma—without requiring detailed retelling—allowing the brain to naturally restore balance and promote recovery.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I collaborate with you to uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll build practical skills and healthier thought processes so you can better manage stress, anxiety, or depression and feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I work with you to define what you want to achieve, draw on your strengths, and expand on moments that already feel lighter. Through focused, future-oriented conversations, we create realistic steps that lead to meaningful progress and lasting change.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
In person-centered therapy, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted. With empathy and genuine connection, I foster trust, encourage self-exploration, and honor each client’s ability to find their own path to growth and healing.
