For those dealing with trauma, I use a technique called Brainspotting to identify, process, and release physical and emotional distress associated with traumatic experiences. The objective is to access deeper emotional parts of the brain by bypassing conscious thinking and heal underlying trauma that contributes to conditions like anxiety and depression. My passion also lies in sports where I use over 20 years of coaching experience to enhance mental performance in athletes. For athletes, attitude, emotions, and perspective are just as crucial as physical training. My goal is to help athletes improve their confidence, focus, and mental resilience, so they can overcome perfectionism and performance anxiety.
