Hello, Do you ever feel like someone else is narrating your story and you have little control of what your future holds? I am excited to walk with you on a journey toward a better version of yourself. I will work with you to create a blueprint for what you want your life to look like. Together we will find the things that add value to your life and let go of the barriers that are holding you back. I use a combination of talk therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and creative modalities to deal with unresolved traumas, give you skills to understand what you can not control, and help you become the narrator of what your future looks like. I believe strongly in the power we all hold to imagine a better life and our ability to create it.
