Hello, I’m a fully licensed MSW ( LMSW) I am a Clinician and working in the field of Social Work for 23 years, primarily in mental health and substance abuse. I provide therapy for people who have symptoms of anxiety , depression. I also work with people who have diagnosis of Bi-Polar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and other diagnosis including, schizophrenia. I have experience and knowledge with medication management and PTSD. I have worked in fields working with people in crisis intervention, suicidal ideations. And, other specialties are minor difficulties with people who just want to change some areas in their life, have minor anxiety, relationship problems or just need someone to tell them that they are ok with validation.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know each other and work to develop rapport. We will come up with goals based on what you want to achieve in your life and talk about what has brought you to the place where you want to make changes. Changes are important to achieving your goals.

I am culturally diverse, working with all cultures, diversity’s throughout 23 years of my career. I work with people in reaching their career goals, relationship goals, self worth, self care. I help people to deal with emotions while learning to manage minor and major depression and anxieties, and PTSD. I work with people diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder and help them learn to manage their symptoms while coordinating care with medications. My knowledge and experiences of working with people to gain more insight, self awareness, while increasing self-worth is proven with people decreasing their self destructive behaviors, decreasing anxiety, depression and developing a better quality of life.

Hello, I have 23 plus clinical experience as a social worker working with people in mental health and substance abuse. I work with people to learn coping skills to decrease anxiety, depression well also, helping people deal with hard feelings and to see things from a different perspective to make life a little easier.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have recently completed DBT Training and have been working with people to learn to manage their emotions using this Evidenced Based Practice. I have 23 plus years of clinical experience working with people on problems of daily living , managing emotions, dealing with conflict, employment, relationships. Learning to increase your self worth and realizing that "you matter" self care , confidence and assertiveness helps to bring you peace and happiness.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Learn coping skills of Mindfulness and being in the current moment. Learn ways to redirect yourself from bad thoughts, negative thinking and feeling good with yourself, learn to feel calm and at peace and loving yourself for who you are.
