Kind greetings to you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervisor status (LPC-S) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas RGV and have been practicing for 8 years. I have over 15 years of mental health experience. I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, grief, and depression to find ways to overcome their obstacles and find their best selves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and sort out the areas where you would like improvement and resolution. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With over 15 years of mental health background and experiences, I am most tailored to help clients find the trouble areas that are most weighing on one, in order to create measurable goals that will drive you towards progress and success.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

This treatment focuses on finding and harnessing client strengths using story telling and positive mindset structuring. This is highly effective for clients who see limitations more visibly than strengths and helps in building self-perception and self-esteem as well as improving areas of decision making.

Motivational Interviewing

This treatment focuses on resolving internal thoughts and feelings related to insecurity and negativity in order to find the motivation to change. This treatment uses practical and empathetic measures, helping clients commit to making changes in life areas that require change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness treatment helps clients understand and live their present, reducing anxieties about the future and other circumstances that may be preventing relief. This treatment helps clients gain awareness of their physical, mental, and emotional conditions, improving mental flexibility, reducing reactivity, and increasing receptiveness to change.
