I’ve always been passionate about working with people, and I’m deeply moved by witnessing individuals overcome challenges and adversity. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, you can expect to discuss your background and the reasons you sought therapy. I’ll ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and goals, which will help us collaboratively plan our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a strong commitment to helping clients achieve personal goals while emphasizing their own resilience and helping them recognize their own strengths. I provide practical solutions that allows clients to make meaningful, actionable progress in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a therapist, I use CBT to help my patients by guiding them to recognize and challenge the negative thoughts impacting their emotions and behaviors. Together, we work on reframing these thoughts and practicing new coping strategies, which empowers them to handle challenges in a healthier way. My goal is to help them build resilience and reach their personal goals by applying these skills in their everyday lives.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In solution focused brief therapy, I work with patients to identify their strengths and resources, focusing on solutions rather than problems. I encourage them to envision their goals and describe what their ideal outcome would look like. Together we set small achievable steps towards those goals, reinforcing what's already working in their lives. This approach helps them feel empowered and capable of making meaningful changes quickly.

Strength-Based

Using a strength-based approach, I help patients recognize and build upon their existing strengths and resources. I focus on what they are already doing well, encouraging them to apply these strengths to overcome challenges, by highlighting their resilience and capabilities, I support them in developing a more positive self-view and increasing their confidence in facing future obstacles.
