Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master's from the University of the Cumberlands in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Master's from the University of The Cumberlands In Addictions Counseling and I have been practicing for 3 years. I help adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and emotional distress become the version of themselves they desire to be.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create an individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor who is committed to walking alongside you on your journey and providing you with the tools and guidance needed to overcome your obstacles.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I have been using Trauma Informed Care for the past three years. It has helped many clients recognize, understand, and respond to the effects of the trauma they have experienced. We will use Trauma Informed Care to help understand what trauma you have experienced, create an emotionally and physically safe environment, empower you to make decisions about your mental health care, focus on your strengths and resilience, and promote self-care.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have been using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help individuals for the past three years. It has helped many clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. We will use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy will help you accept yourself and your experiences while you strive to make positive changes in your life.
