I facilitate healing and growth for individuals who have experienced trauma, whether those events are big or small. I help people dealing with depression and anxiety learn about themselves in a way that allows them to gently identify what’s not working in their lives and motivate them to make changes that are impactful and long lasting. Brainspotting helps people process trauma without having to dive into intrusive "story telling" and instead allows the brain to heal itself.
I help people explore the stories they tell themselves about themselves, others, and the world and identify which of these stories aren't serving them anymore.
