Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts. I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I specialize in women issues as it relates to young adults in a college setting, as well as adults and teens in an outpatient capacity. I am a virtual therapist who works to help you achieve mental wellness. I also work closely with women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and provide walk and talk virtual sessions where we physically walk your mental health journey

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with introductions. We will discuss any concerns or questions you may have prior to getting started with the intake questions. I will ask you questions to better understand you and planning your treatment. I will remind you this is your session and your therapy. We will discuss your goals for therapy and ways we can help you reach those goals

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I find the greatest strength of a therapist is meeting the client where they are at. While I will help provide tools to help you reach your goals, I will go at your speed. and We discuss the things you want to work on and work on what you believe are the most important part of your mental wellness. We will remain flexible and if your treatment goals change we will allow the space for you to explore

In combination with Humanistic approach, I take a person centered aspect of change while being able to challenge maladaptive thought processes. This is a great way to help change behaviors into ones that fit your life today
