I’m a relational psychodynamic therapist. I help people find their path forward by discovering deeper aspects of themselves. My goal is to create a space where you can share anything that's on your mind. We can explore your thoughts and feelings, find your true self and understand how your past is affecting you now. I look forward to working together to promote growth, healing and the realization of your full potential.
I believe that we can work together to create a caring and accepting space. In this space, you might feel brave enough to look at parts of yourself and your life that have felt too scary or painful to share with others before. When we gently bring these hidden feelings into our sessions, something powerful happens. Parts of you that you've kept locked away (which was a smart way to protect yourself) can finally be seen and understood. This journey of opening up may not always be easy, but it can lead to more honest and fulfilling connections with yourself and the important people in your life.
I work hard to build strong, meaningful relationships with my clients. My practice emphasizes how important the relationship between therapist and client is in creating positive change and healing.
I can help people facing challenges related to anxiety, stress, parenting, depression, ADHD, addiction, substance misuse, trauma, Complex PTSD, chronic shame, low self esteem, people pleasing, emotional intimacy, loneliness, gender identity and sexuality.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I help you explore your thoughts and feelings to uncover deeper experiences from your past that might be influencing your current behavior and getting in the way of your goals.
