Hi! I'm a clinical psychotherapist based in Illinois. I received my Masters from DePaul University and have been practicing for several years. My doctoral studies were in organizational psychology. I help clients struggling with anxiety and depression become the best versions of themselves. I use the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Method and Gottman's Method. Gottman's Method identifies and addresses the states of mind and behaviors shown to underlie intimacy and helps partners maintain a positive relationship.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with familes and couples for years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping (1) identify the root cause of challenges and (2) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
CBT can help manage symptoms of mental illness, prevent relapse, and treat mental illness. I have been treating patients using CBT for years.
