What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I have the power to help my clients change the adverse effects of a sad, angry and dark world into a more confident and fulfilling world. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, let's visit awhile, talk and share your innermost thoughts that may be crippling your success and identify a course of action in a comfortable, secure, private and nonjudgmental environment.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My clinical work primarily encompasses integrative psychotherapy sessions, because a cookie-cutter approach is not always effective. Although I include a good amount of CBT work, I often come back to integrative therapy to ensure success. By selecting techniques from the different therapeutic orientations, I can best determine which therapeutic orientation may be more effective for a particular client. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, I hope to produce the most significant results. I also frequently utilized assessment and evaluation to explore avenues that the client may not think are important to the therapeutic process. The goal of treatment; is to help each client respond with particular attention to affective, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological levels of functioning and existing spiritual beliefs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician, I am always studying and learning to improve my craft. However; I have spent many practice hours in the assessment and evaluation of clients' mental health challenges. I feel that it is important to gain real insight into what a client subconsciously may or may not be aware of to select the most effective practice method and treatment strategy.
