Hello! I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who graduated in 2022 with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. I am dedicated professional committed to supporting individuals on their journey to mental well-being. I work with adults in a therapeutic setting to help them process their emotions, thought patterns, and lived experiences. My goal is to support their healing journey and empower them to become the best versions of themselves!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As a therapist, I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance, fostering trust and collaboration. While I provide support and encouragement. I believe in a personalized approach. I am focused on implementing different treatment modalities to fit each client's unique needs and circumstances, rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all method. There is an importance in individualized care and to help clients feel empowered on their journey toward growth and healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths in being your provider is my ability to create a genuine, supportive environment that fosters trust and openness. My main priority is for you to feel safe in sharing your experiences and emotions. Whilst creating a strong therapeutic rapport, I actively listen to clients, validate their experiences and help them feel heard and understood. I help in facilitating personal growth and resilience in each individual I work with.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am a therapist that believes tailoring treatment modalities specific to you. In sessions, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, fostering healthier coping strategies.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a great evidence-based practice to empower clients to explore and measure what intrinsically motivates them. In session, we will explore your need and want to change to become the best version of yourself.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

In sessions, I apply person-centered therapy by creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to express their true feelings and self-exploration.

Psychodynamic

Our life experiences make us who we are today. In sessions, I incorporate psychodynamic therapy by exploring clients' unconscious patterns and past experiences to gain insight into their current behaviors and emotions.
