Hello, my name is Janet. My mission is to support others on their journey to leading a healthy, rewarding life to their fullest potential. Life gets complicated at times, and everyone can benefit from working with a therapist at one point or another. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree in Social Work from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst College. I have years of experience working with adults struggling with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, and PTSD.

Our first session will focus on getting to know you and to gather some basic information to help me understand your current life circumstances. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to help you work through past and present challenges. Together we will develop a plan to help you work towards a healthier, happier future.

I have the ability to empathize and understand the struggles of others. I empower individuals to prioritize self-care and support them in learning to love themselves again. I empathize with the barriers our LGBTQIA+ face and welcome clients from all genders and sexual identities.
