I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide my clients with a therapeutic environment through the use of empathy and warmth. I assist clients with identifying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; while assisting them with finding a healthy balance and living life according to their values. I use EMDR to assist clients in processing traumatic experiences and finding resolution to those experiences.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and complete an assessment that covers the issues you are seeking therapy for. This is a good chance for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I would want to be sure the challenges you face are within my training and experience. You will also get a chance to see if my therapeutic orientation is good fit for you.
Through my professional experiences and training I provide a therapeutic platform of empathy, warmth, and compassion, so that healing can take place. I use evidence practices and approaches that are tailored to your needs.
