Hello, I have been an LPC in Pennsylvania for the past 13 years. I help people who just need a little extra support in figuring out their next steps. My clients are normal people who have hit a road block and want to seek professional help from someone trained in therapy. I will help you identify your strengths and use those to move you forward.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I will work to get an idea of your struggles and try to get a sense of your goals. I will work to help you clarify and put words to your desired outcomes. In addition, I will provide you with what I believe is my role in your journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have spent a large percentage of my career helping clients to feel comfortable with the process of therapy and seeing it's value in their lives. So often society doesn't paint a positive picture of seeking outside supports when you hit a difficult spot in your life. I work everyday to try and change that perspective.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with clients who are going through difficult life transitions or working to bring back the passion to their lives. Sometimes these clients are a bit apprehensive about staring counseling and need a bit more encouragement to see it's value.

The messages we tell ourselves about what is happening is often just as important as what is happening. Therapy is about recognizing this and using this to your advantage.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
So often in life, we would benefit from unconditional positive regard. Therapy should be that safe land spot for you to grow and learn.
